This panel invites curators, directors, and artists from the North Texas community to discuss the role of the curator in the context of an all-female exhibition. Panelists will discuss how they engage with gender in their work and their insights into what an inclusive curatorial practice looks like. A Q&A will follow the discussion.

This panel will discuss how women are transforming their community through their art endeavors. Within this broad topic, we will discuss how women engage with obstacles, both locally and globally. We will also discuss the North Texas art community and how female artists engage with it, what they think needs to be changed, bettered and transformed within it.
Art & Success
The panel will discuss the challenges of being a woman in the arts and the specific tools that they have used to overcome these challenges. We will address the pressures of being a female in the art industry, specifically in North Texas, and how to be successful and find balance.
